Most watchers agree the U.S. Federal Reserve
will almost certainly leave interest rates unchanged for now as it is set to announce
its decision during a policy meeting to be held for two days from Tuesday.
Various international media outlets made the forecast， citing continued economic uncertainties
in the U.S. and elsewhere. Europe and China recently came up with additional
stimulus measures， complicating the Fed′s calculations even further.
In the U.S.， momentum in hiring slowed in September， and according to market watchers，
third－quarter GDP growth in the country is expected to decelerate to less than half
the three－point－nine percent pace recorded in the previous quarter.
